Rental Policies
Security and Damage Deposit
Please note, we need to receive Security and Damage Deposit of CAD700 at the time of reservation, and this Deposit will be fully refunded in Canadian Cash when check out without damage and missing item(s) from the Property. Definition of the Property includes common area of the Building, appliances and furniture inside of the Apartment, fine from the Building's Strata Council, and/or fixtures of the Apartment and the Building. You may make Deposit by personal cheque from any one of Canadian Financial Institutes, Canadian Fund money order, and Bank Draft.Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit. (Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
- Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
- If you have booked a suite and would like to cancel or shorten your committed arrangement, we require a minimum of 30 days' notice.
- Early departures will not be refunded.
- Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
